Our Dashboard Design Process

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed at the beginning of the project to ensure full data privacy and security of the parties involved in the project.

Define

Who are the stakeholders, who are we making the dashboard for? What metrics matter to our audience? What internal data sources exist and what is their potential for feature engineering?

Who in the company is responsible for data gathering and who for interpreting and using dashboard findings?

Prototype

How to best show the potential of data accurately and to best represent the metrics visually? Provide sketching of potential optimal choices of various charts while focusing on design and user friendliness. Receive feedback from the client and provide several prototypes.

Build

Find the data, organize, wrangle and merge so that we can build the metrics. Use formulas and feature engineering to build the metrics.

Deploy

Distribute the dashboard with intended audience/users. Receive further feedback and implement incremental improvements of the dashboard based on user feedback.
